Volunteers will participate in an invasive species removal in the Armand Bayou Nature Center (ABNC).  The ABNC is a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit Organization that provides a safe haven for over 370 species of animals, preserve & restore 2,500 acres of rapidly vanishing Gulf Coast Habitats, and educate the public about their imperiled nature.

By volunteering, you will help protect the last remaining unaltered bayou in the greater Houston area, which is critical for flood mitigation & water quality.

Please wear sturdy closed toed shoes and clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. Bring along a water bottle, sunscreen, and insect repellant. Work gloves are recommended.
