The St. Mary’s University Alumni Association Board of Directors represents more than 25,000 St. Mary’s University alumni, and shall conduct, manage and control the affairs and business of the Association; make rules and regulations for the guidance of the Association; fill vacancies on the Board of Directors, elect the president-elect and treasurer of the Association, appoint / and remove, at its pleasure, all agents of the Association, prescribe their duties and determine privileges to be awarded to members of the Association.
