The St. Mary’s University Alumni Association Board of Directors represents more than 25,000 St. Mary’s University alumni, and shall conduct, manage and control the affairs and business of the Association; make rules and regulations for the guidance of the Association; fill vacancies on the Board of Directors, elect the president-elect and treasurer of the Association, appoint / and remove, at its pleasure, all agents of the Association, prescribe their duties and determine privileges to be awarded to members of the Association.  More about Board responsibilities can be found here.

The Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors is currently accepting applications for Board Membership for FY26 to FY28 Term (Aug. 2025 to Aug. 2027), with four expected vacancies.
