The St. Mary’s University Alumni Association takes great pride in supporting access to higher education through the Alumni Association Scholarship Program. Scholarship funds are made possible through money raised during the annual Fiesta Oyster Bake, Oysters & Pearls Scholarship Gala, the Annual Golf Tournament and the generosity of alumni.
Criteria
1. Must be a current graduating high school senior and/or incoming freshmen that has had no previous university or community college enrollment after high school graduation.
2. Must be nominated by a verifiable St. Mary’s University alum.
3. Must be accepted to St. Mary’s University as an undergraduate student for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Transfer students are not eligible to apply. Students who took dual credit, IB, or AP courses while in high school are welcome to apply.
Deadline
The deadline for the 2023-2024 academic year is Friday, March 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Late submissions will not be considered.
Nominations
If the student is selected, he/she will receive a call from a committee member and will need to make a decision by May 1, 2024.
